Notice is hereby given that umler Part I of the Quebec Companies Act, letters patent have been issued by the Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of Quebec, bearing «late the thirty-first day of August. 1900. incorporating: Real Allard, manager. Henri Paquin, builder, ami Marie-Ange Boutin Paquin, secretary, wife contractually separate as to property of the said Henri Paipiin, and duly authorised by him for these presents, all three of Montreal, for the following purposes:
To deal in fuels and lubricants, under the name of "Eldorado Petroleum Ltée", with a total capital stock of $30.000. divided into 15,000 common shares of a par value of $1 each ami 1.500 preferred shares of $10 each. The heat! office of the company will be at Montreal, judicial district of Montreal.
Dated at the office of the Attorney General, this thirty-first day of August, 1900.
