Charles Leborgne était le créancier de Sieur Charles Menou d'Aulnay, et fils d'Emmanuel Leborgne et était venu en Acadie avec l'intention de se faire payer. Son fils Pierre ira aux West Indies mais Charles resta en Acadie

Alexandre married Marie ST-ÉTIENNE DE LATOUR in 1668 in Port-Royal, Acadie. Marie (daughter of Charles ST-ÉTIENNE DE LA TOUR and Jeanne MOTIN) was born about 1652 in Acadie; died on 28 May 1739 in Acadie. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Emmanuel LEBORGNE was born about 1610 in Calais, Pas-de-Calais, Picardie, France (son of Emmanuel LE BORGNE and Catherine PLANEAU); died on 20 Jul 1681 in La Rochelle (St-Barthélemy), Aunis, Charente-Maritime, France.

Notes:

Il était un riche banquier de La Rochelle qui finança des expéditions en Acadie contre le bénéfice d'être nommé gouverneur d'Acadie de 1657 à 1667.
Alexandre son quatrième enfant, semble être le seul à venir au Canada
